United Vacation Network ripoff Fraud in Loveland Colorado Fly by Night company is in town Internet

This person didnt even try out the vacation club obviously. How can you make an educated assumption on this when you havent ever used the product. Doesnt every company get back criticism along with the good? have you ever tried to search for other companies info on this site?

United Vacation Network does not contact nor soliciate individuals to attend a presentation; they are contacted by marketing companies. If the companies offer any form of incentives for attending the presentation; then the marketing company will stand behind their promises.

We can not comment on behalf of another company in regards to the prices of the vacation offered for attending the presentations. Any individual can contact the marketing company by calling the phone number that was listed on their caller-id's.

This Company is using a false pretense to get people to sign up for a program that claims you can get better deals by joining their "club." Well after further review, this is not only not the truth, it is a downright lie.

This company recently in Loveland, Colorado including asking for $5000 for a membership to a club that does nothing for you. In addition, the marketing company being used ACE Marketing is in violation of several federal violations including theft of services and violation of the Federal Trade Commisions do not call list.

But, here is the question I pose to you? Why would you pay for a service that is not going to give you any discount above travelocity or orbitz? They make these claims, and tell you how you are going to make money with their company, but if you look and see there are several, several claims here on rip off report.

I called the company to see if they could answer any of my questions including why they called my house and I was on the DO NOT CALL list, I was referred to a Marketing company, ACE Marketing. Well I asked if they could explain to me the rip off reports and well I was told there was none while I was staring at them online.

Furthermore, I was told this was an attempt to set an appointment with me for UNITED VACATION NETWORK. I said I wasn't interested in attending any meeting and I was on the do not call list and who should I contact about this because they were in clear violation of the law by contacting me.

I was given a number in Dallas..I call the number in Dallas and they told me they do not set appointments and had not used that marketing company for anything in several months. Why am I being misdirected. The company they first claimed to be then when I said I was on do not call they changed the company the claimed they were calling for? Then I tell them they are in violation of the law and they direct me to another company who said this was about the 20th call they had recieved claiming such...

This company must be a fraud. Where is the discounts? Where can you save me money against online booking, but better yet who do I contact to collect my money for violation of the FTC rules and regulations regarding the do not call list? Why are their so many rip off reports against this company? Why are they marketing under false pretenses? Why are they violating federal law? What makes this company different from all of the other fraudulent companies? We will be investigating this further.

I am dying to find out the answers to these questions. This company, if there even is one doesn't even include their address on the web page so I can contact them by certified mail to send them a cease and desist order. What a fraud.
Now I see this.. Who is Global ACCESS?? I was Contacted by ACE MARKETING... What Kind of fraud is going on here? Where is the Lovely Vacation? How much does that "Free vacation" cost?? Do you leave with Tickets or some "Voucher" that you have to jump through rings of fire and complain for a year after sending your money in? Who Makes these "Vouchers" When you are told you are getting tickets and come "pick up your vacation." What vacation? A piece of paper? Still didn't see an address for the company.. Still didn't see any contact informaion.. I would like to see contact information, including addresses for the coroporate office,,Global Access and Ace Marketing..
