United Vacations Beware Internet

I just purchased a flight and car package with United Vacations and after this I will never come back to this site ever again.
First they will let you choose your seats during the booking process, although they say it will be "pending" seats, at least they should give you another alternative, they should have reach out of inform you if such seats were unavailable (they have my phone number and email add???) before confirming your seats to the most back end of the plane. Come to check with United Airlines' specific flight that the seats you have chosen were still "available" but up for a price???? This is an unfair practice and in a way cheats the consumers where they can no longer cancel their reservations???? I called United Vacations and told me they cannot do anything but gave me the reason to just pay up the added fees to get the seats that I want???? Really????Next is the car rental...they should at least inform you in the booking process that the lead/primary person making the reservations will be the driver. If I have known of this then I could have made my husband made the reservations instead of me who can no longer drive. So again, United Vacations cannot do anything about this issue and told us to just pay for an extra driver. Lastly, I did asked United Vacations to at least take note of my issues so that they could better off their service or their website process, oh well they just gave me a website to write all of my complaints/issues. I tried on the address they gave me but I cannot find it!!!! I guess they just don't care at all!!!!I really am soooo disappointed with this experience....never again!!!!! So beware and stay away from this travel/vacation booking site!!!!!!!
