United Voice Messages AKA Integratel Billing my Phone bill without my knowledge Tarpon Springs Florida

I received my telephone bill this month and I noticed my bill was a lot more than the normal charges. I noticed at the bottom of the bill there is a charge from "United Voice Messaging Services" for $29.86.

I contacted my phone company, and they were very nice about the whole matter and reveresed the charges. They also suggested that I contact the United voice messaging company directly, in which the represenative connected me with them.

United voice messaging, said this charge was made by me, they name my internet provider and my mother maiden name which was incorrect, and they said they would only remove half of the charge. And I told them

YOU WILL REMOVE ALL THE CHARGES OR I WILL CONTACT THE FTC AND THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION ABOUT THIS, and I also told the that I am demanding some kind of proof with my signature on it that shows I agreed to this, I also demanded a proof of purchase and a FULL REFUND!

The paragraph above seems to get them moving on refunding your money.

They said it will take about 2 billing cycles to be credited, so we will see, if not I will be on the phone again with them. Raising cain.

THey changed their mind real quick when you threaten to contact a federal and state agency. Which I would have done if they did not refund my account.
