in a desperate situation i had contacted this company for financial help the loan was 300.00 and so far i have paid back 765.00 and counting when i tried to contact the company to find out what the balance was so i could get out of this hell-hole i have dug for myself the company stated it was closed for the day but if you push "1" you have the automated service that was 24hours a day 7days a week for access i pushed "1" and what i got was another recording stating that the office was closed and please call back tomorrow i cant believe there are companies out there specifically out to lure people in dire straights just to be pulled into a deeper financial bind...if i ever make it out of here a word to the wise...try to borrow from a family member!!!

According to their web site you should have received a username and password when you first made the loan. If you don't have it there is a customer service page that has a link that can be used to have it emailed to you.

Try logging onto their web site to determine your loan balance and set up your payment through there. You'll need to make sure that the arrangement is made three business days prior to the due date for your debit (ie by Tuesday for a debit on Friday).

Also take a look through the original loan documents. There may be form that you can fill out and FAX to them (again, three business days before the debit is to occure).

Quickly looking through their site, there doesn't seem to be alot of options to contact them other than a phone number or email. You my have to be persistant.

Good luck.
