I went to pay my AT & T bill and took notice that my phone bill was higher than what I had been paying. I saw the charge: Billed on Behalf of UNITED TEL, LLC #

I called the Enhanced services at the number provided: 1 888 301-3724 the representitive I talked with told me he would discontinue the service. When I asked about getting my charge refunded, he told me that it could take up to 2 billing cycles to receive my money back. I questioned who signed me up for this service and he told me that I did. I told him no way would I sign up for MP3 downloads when I have nothing to download. It is a very sad state that this company can get away with thousands of charges with a reputable company like AT & T backing them.
