Then Mrs. Gentieu reduced the amount to $2286.52 for a little surface rust, which she called pre existing damage.Subtract a $1000 deductable for a grand total of $1871.79. Do not get insurance from this company, they will be more concerned with finding pre existing damage then the accident itself.

I am not excepting this offer and they have my van now, which they have impounded. The inspector Christopher Pilette, will not return my calls.
