I had enrolled for nine momths paying $ 2300 but I didn't get any benfits or any added value to my career then I decided to return back the material and get paid but I got shocked.

I had enrolled in your 4 courses PB, QB, PTP and UPB from 9 months based on presentation done in Rancho Cucamonga CA, and what let me enrolled was UA warranty of refund and your reputation, but

 I have a problem regarding UA return procedures.

 Please find my status and my detailed problem that I face as follows:

 I had finished the videos and the material of the PB, QB and UPB, and I had passed the PB and the QB exams, but I failed to pass the UPB exam.

 The situation now is as follows: I didn’t find a customer or job to be able to pay the remaining balance of my courses, but I got shocked when I start my return procedures.

 I can’t afford any extra penny to fulfill your return procedures for example regarding the QB UA return procedures required a copy from printed reports from the QB copy, that need a printer to be purchased but I can’t buy one, this is only an example and it’s goes to the remaining courses return procedures, all need a lot of money which I don’t have   please tell me what I have to do? I am in a very critical situation and I need your help, because my coach didn’t give me any support or solutions regarding my case, regarding the QB I had trained as volunteer to be able to practice and pass the exam, and I passed which mean I took the course, but I don’t understand why I must fulfill all the return requirements although I got passed what is the purpose? In my opinion it’s only to prevent the refund.

 Now I need to return back all the materials and receive back my payment which is amount of USD 2300.
