Universal Banner Network Ripoff, Refused to Give Refund, Fraudulent Practices Los Angeles California

I signed up with getestore.com in December 2005. I had a sale on Dec. 18th of a Home Theater System. The person who bought this did a charge back on my Pay Pal Credit Card (nice Guy!!). I put a stop on the shipping and had the surround sound sent back to getestore.com. They received this back at thier store, and stated that they had refunded my Pay Pal Card. When I checked out my Pay Pal Account, there was no money in it. So I contacted Pay Pal on the phone. The person at Pay Pal stated that this refund was never made, and that they needed a transaction number from getestore.com. SO, again, I had to e-mail getestore.com and request a transaction number. They gave me a number that according to Pay Pal is a BOGUS NUMBER. So, I e-mailed them back once again, and requested a customer service phone number, and gave them my phone number so that they could call me. I have not received anymore response from getestore.com or Universal Banner Network, Inc. The original sale took place on Dec. 18. This is Jan. 14 and I have yet to see my refund that they claim they made.

I started with this company at $29 per year. It is obvious by reading the other reports, that they charge different start up rates for different people. I too spent money putting my site on pay per click and other web search engines. I had over 300 unique users, and supposedly did not make one sale. When I clicked on to some of the people who were in at my site, I found several people who gave their credit card information. I know this because THIER ENTIRE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION POPPED UP ON MY SCREEN. That shows that the site is NOT SECURE. I could not believe that this happened. But it shows me that I did make some sales, BUT DID NOT GET CREDIT FOR THESE SALES. I have also made a compliant to the BBB and found out that gettestore.com and Universal Banner Network Inc has a rating of "F"; and includes 11 compliant for not making a full refund, 84 compliants for not performing accordingly to its own business contracts and 20 for refusing to rely on the terms of agreement. I hope that this company gets shut down and they can not rip off well meaning, hard working people anymore. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!
