Universal Business Stratagies Ad on TV promises you will make money. I spent money did not make one cent Rip-off Phonex Arizona

I purchased a Making Money package from Don Lapre's Making Money.I spent over $4000.00.

One little ad was supposed generate money for me.
I placed three ads in three different states for one month each.

I have a toll free number and a web address for sales.

I did everything they told me to do.

I have not sold one piece of exercise equipment.

My husband has a liver disease and I cannot afford to spend one more penny on this mess.

I asked for a refund and a customer service person told me that only if I advertised twice per month for one year (which was never told to me or advertised) 30 days after the one year I will be able to get a refund. I'm no lawyer, but I believe one only has one year to take legal action in a situation like this.

What am I supposed to do?? Is there a class action suit against this company?? I would like to join.
