Universal City Nissan CAR FRAUD SALES TACTICS Los Angeles California

I've never dealt with such nasty business tactics. I bought a very expensive used car $16,000 with 54,000 miles and a 30 day warranty from them. They said I could return it or exchange it within the first 72 hrs if I was unhappy with the car. They covered the carpeting with papers and I didn't think of looking under them before signing the contract to later find out that it had a big ghetto hole on the driver's side :( I told them and they said they wouldn't fix it and they didn't sell used cars with mats (pure fraud), only got one key, I had the car for less than 2 hrs when it started making a horrible noise coming from the break systems and is not even the pads I had to pay out of my pocket to have it fixed and the noise doesn't go away, they finally agreed to look into it with their service dpt. but the noise is still happening and I am not even sure if it’s safe or not.  They wouldn't let me return it or exchange it even when the bank said that they returned the paper work to them and were not funding the loan since I was NOT a satisfied consumer. They are forcing an in house financing now that will not even report to the credit bureaus. They have wasted sooo much of my time, calling me to go all the way to North Hollywood to have me wait for 1-3 hrs at a time to tell me the same crap that they will not take back the car and the only way to have it done that way is for me to get a repossession on my credit/record and them keeping the down payment. Yesterday I was told by the salesman (Icidro) I could take the car back since they wouldn’t do an exchange and when I offered I could take it with only $500 down and have it fix someplace else and not to cash the check they told me to post date for the down payment he called and said he had better news and the bank agreed to no money down and lower payments and to go to North Hollywood again to resign the contract.

Then I go yesterday 8/7/13 to the dealership and he changes everything right away saying that now I don't have to put $500 down anymore that they'll just keep the $2000 check they made me postdate because they already have the funds (They were supposed to wait for a month to cash the check it hasn't been a month and the funds are not available) I said I don’t want to do that because the car has a big annoying noise and lots of other problems including  not even giving me mats with the excuse that it's a used car and the car is not worth $16,000 then he said that’s not gonna happen that they won't take the car back! He lied to me then he proceeded to tell me my option was to get it repo so I can have a repossession on my credit/record or tell the bank I am happy with the car so they can fund the loan. I won't lie to the bank and I AM NOT happy with the deal I've made and how they have been neglecting my time and wasting it making me go back there to make me wait for hrs to always end up telling me the same. At this point I wanna have the contract cancelled or no money down so I can have the problem fix at another mechanic. I tried returning the car the very next day after driving it for ONLY 2 HRS and knowing they didn't even inspect the car before selling it to me. Dont go to this place Universal city nissan is a big scam and they like to target Hispanics.. Don't go here is full of scammers!!!
