Universal Management - Scentura Creations the biggest ripoff Raleigh North Carolina

I started working for Universal Management at the end of April. They seemed so "WILD & MOTIVATED" the first two times I came in for interviews. They made it seem like their world was the best thing ever! "Anything is possible thru Scentura". So of course, I was sucked in to coming back.

On my first day, I found out my cousin Ben was a manager for them so everything seemed very acheivable. We rode out and I saw him acting all MOTIVATED, so it kept my attitude positive even though I was quite hot and sweaty from walking around and asking people "a crazy question". At the end of the day Rob's junior partner/girlfriend Lindsey gave us a story of her first day of how she dropped a bottle and felt bad and told us we shouldn't feel bad because our first day wasn't as bad as hers. Then over the next few weeks EVERY TUESDAY (FNP Day), other partners would give the same story...which made me realize all of that s**t was scripted.

That whole fist week I was negative as hell because I wasn't dropping any bottles but the manager Rob, kept telling me as long as I had a positive attitude it was cool. Over the next few weeks, I started getting better and I felt like gettin my manager position was so close. But I was WRONG!

All of a sudden Lindsey left, and everything in the office was a lot more hectic. Rob's attitude was negative because his girl left him and crazy things kept happening around the office like people losing cases of merchandise and not getting ENVELOPES.

I finally became completely skeptical about Universal Management when I and everybody else in the office didn't get our envelopes, which was the substitution for your weekly pay check. The envelopes were all commission and incentive based from your sells that week. Even Rob's other junior partner, Lela, didn't get her envelope which shocked me because I found out she relies on him for transportation and lives in the same apartment with him and Lindsay.

I finally quit last week when I didn't get an envelope for the third straight week, I was tired of being pulled over by the police for soliciting, and hearing my friends/co-workers complain about Rob talking s**t to them. I suggest you don't work for this scheming company!

Rob fed me some bullshit 1 day telling me that I would open up my own office with Uncle Wise in Fayetteville, then some Spanish people came and he changed his plans all around saying we'd open up sometime after them...which was complete BULLSHIT! The whole 2 months I was working there I became BROKE and had to rely on my girlfriend and grandparents to feed me. It's not a job...it's a scheme!
