The University of Michigan Flint Campus, illegally withheld my official completed college transcripts of my Bachelor degree and is holding my completed Bachelors Degree due to student liams taken out prior to graduation.

They state that all student loans must be paid prior to graduation which is untrue. The Department of Education must be aware of then accepting Federal monies without awarding students of degrees and official transcripts that have been completed but not awarded. This is Highly Illegal !

I would bet that there is a lot more to this story than you are stating.

It is very likely that the student liams (loans?) you took out before graduation are not the real reason.  Instead it is probable that you are either currently in default of said loans, or you have some other debt that is still owed to the school.
