University of Phoenix/ CCC Have not released my copy of transcript. I made a settlement pay of $125 and nothing have been released. My grant money is on hold because of this. I have paid what I needed to, all I want is my transcripts University of Phoenix/ CCC Arizona

My payment information has not been turned into the University of Phoenix from CCC. In order for my transcripts to be released they must send the information over to them. Then I have to let the Default Resolution know then My School I am attending now is needing my information to release my grant money. I just want cooperation from the CCC

I was also ripped off by UOP almost 10k. I had to pay them a grand to free my transcripts and I got them to drop $2600 on charges they claimed I owed them that I fought and won. I left there in 2008 and enrolled in Thomas Nelson Community College in 2010. Of my 26 credits I got here- I got 3 classes to transfer- a philosophy credit, English 112 and intro to college life (worth 1 credit hour). My other classes for math and English were trash. I now have an AS in social sciences and an AAS in paralegal studies. I'm working on my BA now. I had no issues getting my transcript from them because I had a zero balance. You need to call accounts and fight with them like I did to get that balance straight so they remove the hold on your transcript. Good luck.
