I would like to present our experience trying to get Unleashed software to work on our Magento installation.  We chose Unleashed because of its integration in Magento.  

Firstly, the integration process was very cumbersom and difficult.  We had to hire our own developers to get this software to work.  Unleashed does not offer helpful support.  While they will be pleasant and attempt to help by giving you generic answers to complex questions, their support is inadequate.  It's highly dissapointing when you pay hundreds of dollars a month for software that doesn't work.

If you are in need of inventory software, look further than Unleashed.  Do your research thoroughly.  There is at least one inventory program that works out of the box for Magento which has excellent support.  Most Magento module developers include free support for the few 30 days and you are way better off to save your money and buy an actual module.  

We gave it a really good shot, hired developers to help us, without success.  After going through this ordeal, we purchased software for about $700 which ended up doing everything Unleashed promised but more.  Software that actually works.  If you are able to get this to work that is great and a blessing.  We were not so lucky.

The company also doesn't stand by their product.  To them it is all about money and numbers.  They provide mediocre support which doesn't offer you anything other than referrences to FAQ files and other information sources which are not technical in nature.

I strongly advise you to do your due dilligence before spending any money with this company.
