If you consider using this company I would strongly suggest you stay away.
The owner Alex vega of Unlimited Doors and Windows LLC comes out to bid a job for shower glass doors and some additional work. Once he came back with the quote which he changed 2 times prior agreeing on the price he finally came out to collect the deposit of 50% and quoted us a 5 day time frame for installation.
Well 5 days later NO Alex and his phone goes to VM so we called again and finally aftrer 10 attempts he finally picked up the phone and yelled at us saying what the hell do you guys want.. We simply tried to get a time of delivery as the 5 days had already passed. So Alex then said I will call you back later with an update. Well guess what No call and No Alex again.
So after a week of calling he finally picked up and said what are you bothering me for I dont work this way Im not going to complete the Job. We were in complete shock and said well you must refund us the money which at first he refused and then after several threats he finally came around and gave us the deposit back.
This guy is super unprofessional and should not be in business clearly he does not know what customer service means and sinmply has no place in this business.

As much as you would like to believe your report is true, even the title is entirely false. I have emails proving I was the one who told you I was giving you your money back once you decided to talk down to me as someone less than you. I am a business owner and treat others with respect and I expect the same done to me, especially if your'e a business owner yourself. You never had to hassle me for a week, I have the emails to prove it and once it was confirmed with you through email that I no longer wanted to accept your business due to your lack of respect for people I returned your money in a timely manner and I have all the documents to support this such as emails, and also including Bank deposit reciepts. I have been in this field for over 20 years and been a business owner for 4 years and my whole career have never had a single complaint.
