Hi all. This company will leave you hanging and then send you nothing at all. They will also not answer your requests for information and will just take your money. Please avoid at all costs if you falue your sanity.

After several emails following my original report, this company has resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

This guy filed the complaint TOO FAST.
He placed an order via credit card for a Cingular unlocking code on 2008-11-07 10:54:59 GMT+1 Time. Code was not found in the Cingular database and we asked him to confirm his cell phone's IMEI number in case it was submitted incorrectly. He then replied with a threat. He was then refunded in FULL on 2008-11-07 23:15:47 GMT+1 Time (LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER).

After I posted this complaint, Unlockit.com did refund my payment. Then they sent me an email telling me to "Please remove this post within 5 business days. Failure to comply may result in legal action for damages due to a false defamatory report! Do you know that
fFalse accusation is a crime?"
