THE ONLINE COMPANY UNSECURED LOAN SOURCE DOES NOT HONOR THEIR POLICY OF A REFUND IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SECURE A LOAN FOR YOU ON YOUR BEHALF. THEY REQUESTED A PACKAGING FEE OF $499. 00 TO FIND LENDERS FOR YOU.
THEY SENT ME A DOCUMENT THAT STATED : IF YOU ARE NOT APPROVED BUY THE LENDERS WE SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION TO AND ARE UNABLE TO OBTAIN UNSECURED LOANS OR CREDIT LINES (EXCLUDING CREDIT CARDS) FROM ANY INSTITUTION ON YOUR OWN WE WILL REFUND YOUR PACKAGING FEE IN FULL PROVIDED YOU SUBMIT ACCEPTABLE VERIFICATION THAT THE OTHER LOAN WAS APPROVED AFTER MOVING FORWARD WITH LOAN SOURCE.
THEY RECEIVED MY PACKAGING FEE ON AUGUST 18TH, 2011 OF $499.00. I WAS ABLE TO SECURE A LOAN FROM ANOTHER COMPANY ON SEPTEMBER 1ST. I FORWARDED THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTATION OF THE LOAN I RECEIVED. AS OF TODAY NOV 2ND, 2011 AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE REFUND.

I'm happy to be able to report that I did as of today received my refund. After months of pleas had no affect. Reporting them to the BBB also was a positive move. Once they saw that I was serious and I had taken action by posting on your web site, I got results.
