Dominic was informed and courteous when telling you what a vehicle you have for sale and dropped some names of pretty big websites.  He was persistant but let you think about listing with him.  The guarentee of 90 days or money back sounded great.  The called me to confirm listing with customer service and gave them the money.  $199 later I start getting junk texts of an E350 for sale.  I am selling a F350 which is a truck compared to a van.  Big $$$$ difference.  I called customer service they said they fixed it.  I kept getting junk texts about E350.  I went on line and googled my listing.  It was my truck verified by low mileage and price.  Description on the truck was gasoline eng, 2 door, E350.  Those are big dollar!!! incorrect listings.    I called my salemen back on the number he called me.  It was a simple hello like this is his home phone and it wasn't even him.  I was questioned why I wanted to talk to dominic and finally made it through.  I explained the situation and he wanted me to call customer service for a refund immediately of which he would approve ahead of time with Jennifer or Karen.  I called customer service Jennifer no longer works there and Karen is inreachable and unknown when she will be back.  They couldn't tell me if she would be back this week.  I called 3 days later and talked to LOLA.  She told me dominic has no authority to refund.  They fixed the issue of it listed as a van which they haven't.  Dominic's phone is now unreachable and mailbox is full.  Stay away from them.  I hope my truck doesn't sell so I can get the money back.  All the calls I gt are from my local craigslist.  United Car Exchange lists on ALL FREE CLASSIFIED ADDS!!!!!   The appraised my truck on a E350?  still can't figure that out?  Save your money....It is $199 gone and I have been truly RIPPED OFF!!!
