This company charged my citibank aa advantacge mastercard $9.95 on 1/23/09 without any authorization. I have no relationship to this company whatsoever and the credit card they billed has not been used in over a year.

I called the customer service # in back of the credit card and spoke to Citibank dispute deparment. They credited my account inmediately. When I asked if they can make sure this doesn't happen again, they said that I would have to call back if it did happen again, even though the rep admitted that they knew Juno was doing this without authorization.
