UOL Juno Online Services has been charging my credit card for Internet services since January 2009. I've had Verizon DSL for the last 4 years and have never had any contact with Netzero for Internet service. They said I called them and also applied online. Not true. I told them why would I apply to them if I already had internet service? I understand there are quite a few others who are being ripped off by Netzero.
