UPGRADE CENTER.COM AKA COMPUTER UPGRADE CENTER SOLD REPAIRED USED EQUIPTMENT AS NEW & WON'T RESPOND TO EMAIL RIP-OFF SAN GABRIEL CALIFORNIA

ALERT! I purchased multiple computer items in a single order from the UPGRADE CENTER.COM. In that order was a high wattage computer power supply which was SUPPOSED TO BE NEW!

Examination of the shipment upon receipt found that the case corner had a noticeable PRY MARK-DENT and the factory "quality control" sticker had been CUT. The shipping box was undamaged and unopened upon receipt and THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM THEM AND NOT THE MANUFACTURER.

This power supply possibly was returned to the company after having been sold and tampered with or was repaired by this company and MISREPRESENTED AND SOLD AS NEW!

Repeated attempts via e-mail which included jpeg images of the damages/deception, was sent to ALL the contact addresses on the site. They have yet to respond!

I would caution any and all those persons possibly seeing a deal on that site to spend a few extra dollars and go anywhere else to avoid this bait and switch - misrepresentation tactic from this company. GOOD LUCK and BEWARE!
