UPS Supply Chain Solutions Inc in Chicago Ill. Sent me a bill for international Packing Service of $100.28. I have not sent anything International thru UPS or any 1 else. I have only used UPS 1 time this year and was inside USA. I will let you know what happens there office is not open today. From reasearching this they seen crimminal.
