UrbanFlorist, Urban Florist.com poor quality ripoff inaccurate Vancouver British Columbia

I was aghast to read of the submissions to ripoffreport.com about UrbanFlorist, a.k.a. UrbanFlorist.com.

I placed two orders within two days. One order was for a flower arrangement. The order arrived but was of very poor quality. A few of the larger flowers were wilted. The arrangement was lacking the greenery, filler material that is often used to make the arrangement look full and fresh. Before learning of the poor quality, I placed another order for 18 red roses for Valentine's Day. That evening, I was placed on-hold for over an hour and was disconnected four or five times. I was also logged into their website, the live-person chat. After hanging up in disgust I left the live person chat online to see if anyone would answer... four hours later not one operator had answered.

The second order, the 18 red roses, arrived and had one small branch of white, Baby's Breath to decorate the arrangement. The flowers were wilted. The arrangement was also missing 12 roses.

The first order was $46.37. The second order was $124.37. I've also detailed two e-mails and sent them to customerservice@urbanflorist.com of which I have not received a response.

I tried to find the owner of the company and found that his name was public record since he registered the domain name.
