My first instinct were correct. My worse fear about this contractual agreement is now a reality. As of right now
I don't know where my vehicle is. However, I'm left with
making the payments on my leased 2002 Jeep liberty. I did
my investigating on this company and at the time I was satisfied that everything would be ok. All of that came to a crashing halt, when I stopped receiving my payments in February 2005 I later found out that my vehicle was reposessed from the person who was making me the payments. I am working with 12 on your side, as well as I have sought legal help to try to resolve this.
I say we should organize a lawful picket. To protest this
business!!!.

Was your Jeep Liberty Blue? If so, its involved with my mess, of which my 2000 Trans Am (also blue) is missing in action as well...
I dont know if you are aware, but the state has taken action with this company, and I have filed suit against this company (and its owners) for $51,000 ( as I lost 2 vehicles with them ).
The state has charged them with Fraud and for violating state statutes which DO NOT allow subleasing...
