My previous line explains it! I'm just one more of their unhappy customers. I've been in business 18 years, and I don't have 1 BBB complaint. They have over 33 on record.
I guess I should have checked them out first.
Warning: Don't give them any money without knowing more about them. Read the Rip Off Reports and check with the BBB of Omaha.

You shouldn't expect any sympathy here. I have a difficult time feeling sorry for someone who purchases emial lists-spammer!
I have 2 small businesses that are doing well without resorting to unsolicited commercial email.

Sure I agreed. After 3 month of being ignored I was finally offered something. I finally got about 500 email address.........I paid for 2000
Consumers beware! Check out the BBB and RipOff report before you decide to give this company your money. Last time I looked they had over 33 complaints on file with the BBB alone.
Too Bad for them. Its a shame to have so many unhappy customers. And, that only the ones that made a formal complain. I would be ashamed to run a business like that!

This client states he ordered a steak and received a hamburger; however the service he received was more along the lines of a prime rib. He had originally purchased a list and we upgraded him to an append service, which is much more expensive.
He agreed to the resolution (append service) prior to US Data Corporation performing the service for him, otherwise we would not have moved forward with that option. Now he has placed a report here and not resolved with the BBB despite the fact we had bent over backward to work out a resolution WITH him.

I ordered and paid for a steak dinner. Three months later the threw me a hamburger. I guess I should be happy with that because that is all they are going to give me. No mater how they cook it, its not what I ordered. I still havenet had a response with the BBB. Use caution when dealing with US Data. Pay by credit card only. If they try to make you settle for something you didnt order, at least you can intiate a "charge back" through your credit card bank.

This consumer fails to mention in his complaint that the 555 emails he is referring to are from an email append we performed to his database of approximately 1700 records. To resolve his issue with him we provided this service (which typically is almost $1,000 more then what he paid for his list) at no charge to him. He was also fully aware of the terms of the resolution and agreed to them prior the service being provided.
In summary, despite the fact US Data Corporation worked with this consumer to resolve his issues and he still filed this report after he received the agreed upon resolution.
