US Debt Relief Financial Litigation Law Group take advantage of people in financial trouble, a scam and a fraud, steal your money, take payments & keep the money, don't pay creditors, disregard the contract with you, lie cheat & steal to get your Newport Beach, California

US Debt Relief and all of their aliases and allies will tell you they can solve your financial trouble in 2-3 years. They have you sign a contract, but they totally disregard their obligations. They tell you they will negotiate with your creditors and get them to settle the debt at a lower amount, like 40% of your debt, plus all of their fees. 

I ended up paying them over $23,000 and they didn't do anything. They just kept my money and now I can't get a hold of anyone. I still owe all the debts I started with, but now I am 9 months behind in my mortgage payments because I paid that money to them.

To do this they have you sign a power of attorney and permission for them to take the payments out of your bank account. It is difficult to stop these payments and you get charges an overdraft fee from your bank every time the put in a payment if there is not enough money In the account. I had to close all my accounts and open new ones to stop them from taking any more money.

They will also tell you that they will deal with any creditor that tries to file a judgment against you which is another lie. One of the credit card companies offered a settlement of 25% of the debt. I asked US Debt Relief to pay it, but they didn't and I now have a judgment filed against me for the debt PLUS attorney fees and interest. I could have paid the $1700 if I would have known, but now I have to pay them over $7500 for the judgment.

They offer 3 different ways to solve your problems if you are delinquent in your mortgage payments or your payments are just too high. You can pay $1500 to have FLLG "Financial Litigation Law Group" or Financial Freedom Law negotiate a short sale. I paid the $1500 for this service and got exactly NOTHING for my money.

They charge $2000 for "National Asset Corporation" do a "forensic loan audit", where they look for errors in your mortgage contract. They say there are errors in 90% of Mortgages and if they find even a $15 error they can force the Mortgage Company to renegotiate the loan to lower your interest rate, lower your monthly payments and even the principle balance on the loan. They took the $2000 fee from my account TWICE so I paid $4000 for this service and they did nothing. 

They also charge $2000 to have them file the paperwork for the government's HAMP or "Home Affordable Mortgage Program" (which they claim no one can get approved for if you do it yourself) and negotiate with your mortgage company to get you a better rate and lower your payments and principle balance. Again, after you pay the money they don't do anything for you, just keep your money. I know several people who have gone through the HAMP program and have been able to modify their mortgage by themselves.

They go by many different names and change their address & phone numbers frequently. Some of the names they go by are US Debt Relief, US Debt Processing & US Home Advisors. They will tell you that they work under an attorney named Keyvan Samini with Naso & Samini, who is a licensed attorney but I've never heard from him and haven't been able to contact anyone at that law firm.

They will sweet talk you & make all sorts of promises as long as they are getting payments from you. They take the payments directly out of your bank account. They really just take the money you pay them each month, tell you they are negotiating with your creditors, and you should just wait & be patient. They don't pay the money to your creditors or even try to negotiate the debt. When you figure out what's going on they don't answer the phone or your emails or faxes to them.

Since I stopped making payments to them I have been able to settle about half of the debts for aaround 30% of what I owed. They wouldn't work with me when I was current on my payments, but now they are willing to take part of what I owe as payment in full.
