Crystal Lax mother of missing daughter Natisha Vernelle Lax born 05/15/(((REDACTED))), 5'7, 140 lbs, tatoos on left leg
I’m writing because I suspect false imprisonment of my daughter being held against her will in one of California mental health facility. I have been searching for my daughter since September 12, 2016. We as her natural blood family is worried concerned about our family member and have the right to know about her where about. Last seen was September 12, 2016 below is a picture. Police officer told me that she was locked up from the September 12, 2016 to October 7, 2016 and released for my daughter to still not have contact us, is out of her character. Natisha could be in the desert and still find a way to call, or facebook. Another officer told me that they couldnt find her in the systerm at all.
I dont knwo who to believe anymore. I need to know if she's possibly being kept on drug in order to prositute her through human sex traffickling.

Stacey I as a confused mom feel just like you. One officer while checking the system tell me I gave him the wrong information about my daughter birthday and name... Hug?I know when my child was born. So I went to another police department and I was told she's been lock up but release on October 07,2016 around 5:am but still my daughter didn't contact me?? Did law enforcement beat my child and trying to keep her in hiding so the public and family won't know? My mind is starting to think a cover up about my daughter... Each officer keep using.. Well she's and adult.. Maybe she just want to do her own thing and have nothing to do with her family right now?Huh?..I as a mom know my daughter....
She can be in the desert and will find her way back home, use someone phone or library computer to facebook or email us. My child just didn't vanish from the face of the earth. My question is.. Who did she get release to? Was it a mental hospital? When I call mental facilities I'm block with Hippa privacy patients act. The facility can't confirm nor denied.. With so much police beating ..I'm starting to wonder while under their custody what did you do to my daughter. Is she still under your custody with a different name... Fingerprints can prove that... My daughter has EBT it will track where she purchase food and did any ATM withdrawal. I'm just a confused mom..mParalegal that just want truthful answer our family have a right to know.. The only way for her not to facebook us.. She'll either confined, restraint, drug or being threatened

What does HIPAA have to do with this?? Your report is swaying - she was in jail then she was not. SO contact your local agency that deals with human trafficking and ask for their help. And YES you can contact your local Health and Human services office about who and how to find help.
