US Diversified Contracting Services Inc. DUNS: 829930093 is not a licensed General Contractor and mostly does work for the US Department of Veteran Affairs.  Ensure to ask upfront deposit and payment bond if any work with this company is done.

US Diversified Contracting Services Inc. is a unscrupulous and unethical contractor since it does not follow payment terms of there own contract.  It builds its business from the work and labor of subcontractors. 

 US Diversified agreed with the following payment terms included in:

"Section 4 Payment Schedule ": “Contractor agrees to pay Subcontractor in monthly payments

equal to the Total % of labor and materials which have been placed in position and for which

payment has been made by Owner to Contractor. The remaining 0 % shall be retained."

US Diversified got paid 70% of the contract value and then reused to pay based on the percentage of completion which was 100% minus puchlist items.

When we refused to work until progress payment was received, US Diversified threaten to do the work themselves and discount everything from the amount owed. 

We decided to moved forward and completed the work and still have not been paid.  The business owner Mr. Kerry Keys is a unprofessional, deceiving businessman. Any Subcontractor should Beware!
