US Express BAD MONEY ORDERS BOUGHT OUT BY ACE CHECKERS EXPRESS

I am one of the people that bought a money order from US Express to pay my Discover bill in june. The money order was sent to Discover Card Service and was return to us express bank and was not hornered. so i was bill again for this money order of $102.30 i talk with Discover to see what happen to my money order that i sent them they told me i needed to find out where i bought the money order from they sent me a copy of the money order that i had sent them they had also made a copy before the returned it to us express. I went to us express and they said they had been bought out by ace checkers cashiers and then i went to ace checkers to try and get my money back they told me they couldn't replace my money order. I had to get it from us express I have talk to so many people between us express and ace i even talk to the president ace checkers she said they did not buy the debts from us express. I talked to Tonya at us ecpress she said i had to fill out a form to be reemburse i did and sent it in I had no reply so i call them again she was very rude and said Mr. Joe willburn which was the president of us express at the time was not giving out any more money. I talk to Joe Wilburn and he said that they had mail out the money for the money order and i should have it in 2 to three days. Still did not receive any thing. call back I was told that Tonya had thrown my form in the trash, i call Tony she said she had not got any thing from me but i have a copy of the form that was sent and a copy of the money order that i purchase from us express there was a lot of people riped of and i would like to get in touch with some of the people. please i need help to see what can be done. Now i will have to purchas another money order to pay discover card again. I want my money back.
