I received a call from this company at 7:00 on a Saturday. The women who I talked with had a very heavy accent. Normally I hang up on these calls, however I recently put my name on the do not call list so I should not be receiving calls.

Curious as to what they were offering I decided to listen to what the women had to say. She talked in great length about how the company guarenteed to work with their clients to secure grant money, free money that could be used for whatever you wanted. She went on to explain how these grants could be used for education, starting a business, or debt. consolidation. She asked me what kind of business I would be interested in starting, when I told her I had no idea- she assured me that their team of grant writers would help me to decide what I wanted and write a proposal for a grant.

Then she proceeded to explain that they would send me a interactive cd and that if I had any problems I could call their customer service number. When she finished with this she asked me what was my bank, and asked me to verify the routing number for the bank.

I asked her how much they were charging for their service, initially she avoided the question- saying that they were a reputable company and they held my security at an upmost. I told them that they could mail me some information and I would look it over before giving my information. She said that this would be far to expensive to mail everyone out information, but that the one time fee would enable me to get the CD and access to their team of professional grant writers and that if I had any problems or concerns I could call the customer service number.

She then went on to say that their are "millions of dollars in Federal Grant Money being given to ordinary people every year and that they guarentee that I could get this money". She then asked me why I wouldn't want to get 25 to 50 thousand dollars of grant money. I asked her again if she could e-mail me more information. She said no, but if I looked over everything and did not like what I saw after viewing the CD I could get a refund.

Keep in mind she never told me what the one time fee was- I asked her what this one time fee was and she told me it was 250.00 dollars. I told her no thank you, she attempted to pitch the product 5 more times and I told her no thank you, I do not do business this way.
