I was contacted by the above company and was told i was pre-qualified for a visa and a mastercard with credit limits equaling $5000

I was told there is a one-time activation fee of $199 no annual fee's and no minimum monthly fees. I was also told that I would recieve a Nokia Cell phone. I have received nothing.

I have called the customer service number given to me ( 416-289-3634) on several occasions only to get busy signals or no answer at all!!
