US Online America Group ripoff - dishonest, misrepresents, does not fulfill refund gaurantee Tempe Arizona

I spoke on the phone about 3 months ago, regarding my web advertising campaign...boy were they persistant. I should have known. I was told if my cost did not receive a FULL return within my campaign ending, I would be refunded my money, no questions asked.

The representative said to just write them a letter within 10 days of the ad campaign ending and I'd get my refund. I remember clearly that the representative told me I could get a refund of my money if the ad did not generate moneys to cover my cost or more. This is the ONLY reason I went through with this.

I called to verify the address to send my request for a refund and was told, they do not refund money. I told him (the manager) my story and he said they do not do refund and do not guarantee the add campaigns. I said, well you might want to take a look at some of your reps, because I clearly remember they told me SEVERAL times on the phone that I could get a refund!

As of right now, there is nothing the company will do for me. My ad campaign is up. I was told by the rep (3 months ago) whether it was an accelerated 3 month ad, 6 months or a 1 year ad, I could get my money refunded (NOTHING TO LOOSE).

We are a single income family and this was the ONLY reason I decided to try this. I thought, ok, 3 months later (worst case scenerio) I'd get my money back.

NOPE! Don't fall for this. I now will be cancelling my check card so they stop the $19.95 per month...I'm not sure how to do this any other way. As for the money into the ad campaign....I'm still workin on the company and will NOT stop until I get my refund.

Already filed complaint with BBB. Will write many letters until I get MY DESIRED outcome (my money back as they promised).
