US Passport Online is a deceitful company. Sure, they have some legitimate services to offer, but I am certain that they make a fair amount of money collecting $45 non refundable "service fees". from folks who made the same mistake that we did. After realizing that this website was not the real US Passport agency of the State Department, we tried to cancel our order. I spoke to Tom at the 800 number and he said "not possible to refund the $45 fee" because they had provided a "service" that costs them money...total hogwash!... they ding your credit card for the fee, and send an automated email back to you, it costs them nothing. I told "Tom" that he should get a different job and not work for a company that takes advantage of people. If they were legitimate, they would have refunded the whole amount. We've already
contacted AMEX to stop payment, but it's likely too late. We're out $45, US Passport Online duped us.

I hope this comment will help deter others from using US Passport on line. If I ran my business like these guys
run their company, I'd be ashamed. Do whatever you can to spread the word about these jerks...post a copy of this comment on Facebook and  tell every one you know not to use US Passport on line, if we can stop one person from using their services, at least we have impacted their business in a small way. I hope they get what they deserve. Even their
supposed "secure transaction" certificates are bogus just google "Control Scan security that fits certificate" and see the complaints.

 Also the secure "Geo Trust" is actually a phishing site, check out this article at the Washington Post

I won't spend any more time debunking their entire website, just know  that they are fraudulent and stay away!
