Since June 22, 2017 this company acquired our checking account debit card and began charging us $19.95 per month and will only refund 6 months.  This ended on November 2018.  My fiance’ thought that this was part of his mortgage and as a first time home buyer he was unaware of what this company does.  However, he never signed up for this and soon after purchasing his home this began to show up.  

It wasn’t until I did some digging and investigated that I found out this company was doing this without his permission.  They will not provide any “sign up” online information and have his incorrect email address as well.  

We are taking this to the State Attorneys office and will be filing a law suit against them for unlawfully charging us.  It’s really odd they cannot provide an Internet copy or ”registration” for this, and cannot prove or send us proof as to who did.

This company should be ashamed.  My fiance’ is elderly, in his 60’s and doesn’t even use the internet except for a few minor things and they are taking total advantage of him!!!
