Our company had ordered a Nationwide bank asset search costing approximately $400.00 Fred informed our company the amount has to be paid in full because we have never done business with them before. Fred informed us that the search would take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days. Our new client agreed to our fees and the time frame that was allotted. Our new client had just signed a contract with us to do all kinds of investigative work. Our new client is a prestigious multimillion dollar attorney firm that would have most likely increased our revenue by tens of thousands of dollars a year. Well fifteen business days go by and nothing. I called Asset Trackers and got the run around some searches take more time than others no rhyme or reason. I asked for a partial report they informed us to tell our client its in your research department and they are working on it. So we informed our client reassuring them that the job was being processed and it takes time for the information to be gathered. We called them multiple times requesting anything to show our client Fred at Asset Trackers tell them nothing has come back yet its in research. We emailed them information that our client was very upset and received no response. Needless to say we no longer have a contract with the law firm because of this companies scam. I also find it very strange that you call at different times and get the same male who claims his name is Fred. The Asset Search was ordered the search on April 26, 2010 it is now July 2, 2010 we still have nothing. I have instructed my company at this time to open a full investigation into Asset Trackers, US Search and all of its assets we would like to file a lawsuit. We are in the anti-fraud industry thats what we do. If you can get away with scamming a firm that deals with personal and confidential material it wont be hard to scam a civilian. This company and the principal owners need to be stopped.
