Once they recieved my initial payment they completely diappeared! Would not return calls or emails. I never recieved even one transfer from this company. They are a 100% SCAM and you will loose your money if you deal with them. Hello USA Connect, inc.  I too submitted a complaint against your company on May 9, 2017.  We purchased leads from you and have yet to receive a single lead.  I have been calling your company multiple times everyday for 5 days now.  I have also been emailing.  Nobody answers the phone, or returns my calls or emails.  I gave your company $3,600 and I can prove this with phone logs, emails and bank statement.  At this point I too would like a refund as you claim you did for this customer that posted the original report.

I urge my fellow peers to proceed with caution when doing business with this company.  They operate under multiple names.  Visit my report to see other names they go by.

Mr. Tallman who filed this complaint was fully refunded by our company. His credit card was flagged and rejected by our merchant account as a questionable purchase.

We refunded this gentleman as soon as we became aware, our credit card customer care security dept. was holding the payment while researching its validity. He was upset and threatened to file complaints against us. As soon as the funds were able to be refunded manually to him we did so accordingly.

None of the information and slander he has written on RIP OFF REPORT is true. We urge anyone that sees this to contact us at 855-770-5323. We attach the refund duplicate proof. This customer only purcased 25 leads from us for $625 and we declined to work for him after his credit card was rejected.
