USA Credit Masters, also known as Optimized Cash Flow, is owned by a one Francisco de la Chesnaye. His website www.usacreditmasters.com, along with his personal guarantees on the phone, offer financing for those you have credit issues and cannot get a mortgage. Initially, we checked him out with the BBB and he was in good standing at that time (he now has a F rating).
We gave him the 5k retainer that is supposed to be refundable and a house we wanted to purchase. The first deal, along with part of my earnest money, went down the drain. He put in the offer that he would pay cash and it would close within thirty days. Thirty days later he stated the financing was not done...the sellers backed out of the deal and took half of my earnest money with them because the deal was supposed to be cash and not pending any financing.
Subsequent deals did not get far because many realtors and home owners did not trust Francisco's methods of operation, such as the flipping process and rather disturbing equation he comes up with to add his fifteen percent fee-which turns out to be more than fifteen percent. Offer after offer just goes down the drain. Finally, we get an offer in because someone is desperate to sell. Now, unlike any of the other offers, he now states we have to pay for the appraisal-which was never required in any other deal.
We asked for a refund, which he said although he was not required to give us one, he would. He has given no such refund. Two dates have passed that he gave us for the refund. Now he will not communicate by phone or email.

Regretfully, despite our attempts to reach a settlement with our customer, we have been unable to do so.
When faced with a dispute such as the present case, it is our normal operating policy to reach out to our customers for a satisfactory aggreement which has not been possible in this case.
When applying for our service the customer is made perfectly aware of our refund policy which does not apply in this case; considerable work, time, and effort went into providing our service as amply documented in our files, and yet as mentioned above an alternative and a settlement were offered and refused.
We deeply regret our client's dissatification and complaint, but in light of it, we reserve our right to have our position legally represented.
