I received a phone call in regards to an outstanding payday loan with USA Fast Cash from a Don wilson. He refused to provide me with the payday loan company that the loan was with, but he managed to inform me that legal action was being sought and that the company was going to be filing charges against me for "fraud", "mony laundering" and things of that nature. I then asked again who the payday loan company was and he told me that USA Fast Cash has several different payday loan companies affiliated with them but would not provide me the name. He placed me on hold and when he came back he informed me of the amount that was due.  I called back later and was unable to speak with Mr. Wilson, I then spoke with a Mr. Frank Miller and he provided me with the Western Union information; Pamela Caneann... I then asked why am I sending this to an individual and not the company he informed me that she was the attorney handling my case. He also provided me with the city and state; Elmwood or Elwood ,Il. They told me to call back with the MTC number and that I would receive a paid in full letter within 3-4 business days. I did not send the money, but made some calls and found out that this is some type of fraud scam. I called them "Mr. Wilson" and informed him that I had contacted the local authorities because of their attempt to committ fraud. He told me this was not a scam and we exchanged some not nice words. I called back again and he told me that he didn't care if I sent the money or not, because I was the one that was on trouble and that within the next couple of days I would soon know who he was. He threatened me more than once. I asked for the legal office that he works for name and he said something to the effect of Financial investigation of Crimes and that the attorneys name was David Martin. THere is not an attorney in Dallas by the name of David Martin and I have not checked the business name. I am going to call the Dallas Police Department and file a complaint.
