USA Filing Services SCAM SCAM SCAM! Cincinnati Internet

This company puts flyers at the post office designating that they are the "preferred" third party vendor that the post office uses to file change of address reports now.  The official flyer makes it seem like it is sanctioned by the postal service 

They charge $20 for this service and all they do is provide a printed form that you must then mail to the postal service anyway.  Thinking this was what I was required to do now since everything is online, I signed up on my phone (which is hard to read) and then mailed the piece of paper when I was able to get to a computer.  After 3 weeks I found that the USPS had not recorded any change of address anyway.  So this was just a scam.

Had I had a computer at the place I was staying trying to forward mail from, I would have seen that the U.S. postal service has an online form for that and they charge you $1.05 for the same service.

The company says they will gladly refund your money within 30 days if you decide to cancel.  It took me several emails and a threat to contact the credit card company to even get a response, which was the most sarcastic response I have ever read from a "customer service" rep.

Do not be fooled!! You do not need third party companies to process changes of address for anything any more.
