USA Grant.Gov Government Grant Awards. USA grants Asked for money to pay shipping and handling American/Iranian Nationwide

 I got a call from a 202 area code saying I won $4,000 dollar grant and all I too do is pay $4.00 dollars shipping and proceeded to ask for a credit card master or visa and I told them no not at this time so they said thank you and they would call back in a few days and hung up.Three to four days later they called again asking for $3.88 again for shipping and I then proceeded to pay shipping and give them a prego paid card number Green Dot money card Visa #4143970030060044 epr.05/20 code 641 than ran the card and told me it declined that there was no funds on my card and asked for another one and I said No sorry and the guy then told me I was breaking up and lost call then they triedbto call back and I ignored it and looked up the BBB and called they said they were scammers and cancel any payments with them I made imedatly so I did and looked up their email address to send them the scammers info and found this site.
