My company cancelled its service with USA Mobility and they continued to bill us. Unfortuneately, we continued to pay. When we realized our mistake we contacted them to once again cancel service. They insisted that they have a 30 day cancellation policy and that we must pay one more payment. Being we haven't used the service and paid them for six months, we refused. They mistakenly didn't cancel service and now they want an additional month. They are uncooperative and practice unethical business practices.
