I dont know what I was thinking,, I knew I should have referred to Rip off Report before I started dealing with this Scumbag Company.

I placed an order for two (2) Canon powershot SD-600 Cameras at $249.00 each, I was saving about $80.00 via the net in lieu of my local big box store. The next day I received an email from them:

DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL NO ONE WILL RECEIVE IT - THIS IS A SYSTEM GENERATED EMAIL

We are attempting to contact you regarding your order. Please call us at 1-800-872-3143 or 1-347-394-1380 and speak to Kenny extension 213 in regards to your order.

I called Scumbag Kenny at extension #213 and he congratulated me on my choice of camers and thanked me for the purchase. Then he said,, I can't help but ask why you didn't purchase the optional accessories? I asked him what accessories? Like extra batteries? and he said no, you need the charger, battery, software and manual? You just bought the box camera, Thats how all cameras are sold today... But thats okay, Im willing to give you all the accessories for the low price of $160.00 right now, I have your credit card number in front of me, do you want me to read it off? I can send this out today because your first order is aready sent and we aready billed you for the two cameras... Ahhh No thank you Scumbag Kenny,, I told him he must be mistaken regarding the accessories being sold as optional.. He got loud,rude and said your telling me I dont know my business? and kept talking over me,, I couldnt get a word in and then I just told him I would get back to him.

I waited ten minutes and then called him back. I asked to speak with Fruit bowl kenny and someother guy gave me the run around,, I told the guy Im a reporter for a local TV station and Im doing a story on online purchases and this conversation is being recorded,,,,,, they hung up the phone...... I called back,,, they hung up the phone again....... Finally one of the wonna be used car sales men talked to me but kept asking me "I have a right to know if your recording this conversation"? I told him he didnt need to worry about it if he has nothing to hide... He told me in New York its law that the other party knows their being recorded... Completely paranoid about being recorded... I continued to ask him questions about how they do business,,, Do you make it a common practise to sell included accessories as an option? he didnt like that fact I wouldnt answer his question about being recorded.. He said,,, If you dont answer my question about the recording I will hang up this phone,,, I said,, ok listen,, tell me about my credit card, did you charge me for the cameras and he said no... and then I told him I will consider not using this recording for my story.. Then he hung up on me... Dont buy anything from these Low Rent Corn Hole Packers... These people give New York a bad name..
