USA Survey Group Failed to fulfill their obligation to their offer New York New York

Just an update to this file. It is now July 3, 2008 and still no reply to my many queries for so status. I have even entered a few complaints for the no responsive nature of their company. Don't waste your time on this company you will only be disappointed.

I finally received an update to the sponsor completion at the end of January and return the paperwork as required. The website indicated that I was confirmed to receive the gift in 6-8 weeks of the confirmation, that was January 11, 2008 and still no shipment. I made two inquiries into the status and received this during my first request:

"Thank you for contacting us.

Our 6-8 week fulfillment period is a "target" and we do make best efforts to fulfill within that period. Due to circumstances outside our control we are currently experiencing delays in gift fulfillment. At this time we cannot give you an exact shipping date for your gift. Once your gift is shipped, that fact will be indicated on your status page. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions."

At week 11 I made another inquiry and placed a complaint and have yet to receive a response from this company. This process has been going on since May 2007. Don't waste your time with this company, they will find ways to take as long as possible to fulfill their end of the promise. If they ever do!
