Frendly warning folks.


USA Today wrongly accessed my credit card and refused to deliver a refund. Plus months of atrocious delivery in New Orleans. Execs seem to approve since refuse to correct underlings mistake.


Arrogantly swapped a "talk to machine" to replace 30 seconds to a human. Took over an hour to reach a human. 10-15 minutes at a time. Service costs pennies - contempt costs dollars.
