I have noticed that there is a ton of complaints about USA Voicemail and their billing service called OAN Services, Inc. USA Voicemail needs to be stopped from adding their service to your phone. Everyone should contact their states Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and if your state does not have one contact the FCC. This company should be shut down and the only way to do it is to speak up. Good luck I am still fighting the charges, but I did file a complaint to my PUC today.
