USA VOICEMAILUSA VOICEMAIL(aka)OAN SERVICES charge my account without my permission for somthing I didnt sign up for Internet

I was charge 12.95 to my phonebill from usavoicemail I didnt recall having any agreement or any contact with this company upon further checking no one knew how this account came to be. I call OAN SERVICES they told me that a ex-roommate set this account up online.AN that they wanted to charge my phonebill instead of theres.but i told OAN SERVICES the ex-roommate didnt have the authority to do so an have not stayed at my address for over 4years.AN has had there own phone an voicemail service for just as long with at@t. OAN SERVICE told me they would remove the charges I even went as far is to ask for the voicemail number I was being charge for OAN SERVICES said they could only give it to the person who set the account up so I call the ex-roommate had them conference call OAN SERVICES an I so they could get the voicemail number OAN SERVICE said they didnt have it an the account has never been access
