This company is a scam I swear. They will send you automated responses that promise resolution. Do not give up complain to the BBB and the Ohio State Attorney General.

In short I am like most on here. I ordered in January, never received my product, called several times they said it was on backorder 2 more weeks. Finally on April 3rd I cancelled. I have an email stating I would receive my money via PayPal in 30- 45 days. Today is July 1, 2009 and I still do not have my money.

In closing do not use this company. I will always research companies using this website, or you can google it like "usa wallpaper reviews" that is how I found out I am not the only one in this situation.
