Usa Wallpaper never received my refund Sundusky ohio

I ordered wallpaper back in April. There web is full of so called consumers who say they usually received there orders within a few days. I called several days after ordering only to find that my ordered was still not processed. I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. The representative was very rude and advised me it would take 30 days for a refund. I couldn't believe it. After e-mailing the company they sent me a 30.00 on line gift certificate and said my refund would be processed. It has now been well over 60 days and still no refund. I have e-mailed them multiple times and always receive and e-mail back stating as soon as your refund is processed we will notify you. If I owed them money they certainly wouldn't be so patient.
