Many of you would probably agree that USAA Insurance is a reliable service due to STRONG military affiliation. As a former enlisted soldier and commissioned officer, they supported and addressed me on a professional level while WEARNING THE UNIFORM! But no matter what undertaking I was led to believe they had your back. Yep, you read it right.

Now, hopefully you UNDERSTAND this right. It seems THEY are the ONE that got kicked from the PEARLY GATES of being RELIABLE, UNBIAS, RESPECTFUL, and PROFESSIONAL. USAA most likely has established a reputation that has been cemented for prospective customers.

Their recognition is a direct result of being their customers gatekeepers for services. After all we live in a nation that is full of lions, tigers, and bears that will say they come in the name of SERVICE but RIPPING you off at the same while advertising on the INTERNET. Anyone reading this likely knows a person whom has been RIPPED OFF.

Throughout virtually every referral service runs one word: TRUSTWORTHY. We read daily and see countless and countless stories of individuals who despite REPEATED are DRAINED DRY. We all are driven by many things and that is passionate when we are RIPPED OFF! This issue raises an extraordinary interest that compels me to direct to your attention about the hidden curtain behind USAA.

As with any public services quality services from employees are expected and vital. There is no valued and deeply cherished right than to be employed and provide that level of service. However, in some instances a company can abuse their position setting you up for failure. There is an acknowledged constitutional right to be recognized and make an argument.

On the other hand, there is a general right that will clearly show an individual's rights The mere recognition of a written complaint does not mean that the statement governs interest. This issue is important not because of the complaint but because I realize that no organization is error-free however, it is expected that employees render a level of professionalism that reflects the organization or business goal.

There is a moral order of obligation that has been established by companies and that is to take care of its customers concerns. When there is a gap a customer significantly perceives it as being less valued. Therefore, it moves a customer to thank in an adverse matter.

In February 2019, I encounter an accident that involved a road raged driver. The accident was immediately reported to USAA. A claims adjustor followed-up with a consented affiliative taped statement. I received a via email and telephone voice message requesting additional information. As stipulated, I responded to the request in a reasonable period of time.

The representative was asked if there was a general email or phone number that I could send video coverage of the road raged accident. Due directly to the driver anger I was able to video the entire accident situation. I was told USAA did not have that capability to accept the videos.

A different representative provided general email to send the video. The video was provided as requested however; I was sent a message that it could not be accepted due to the size. WELL FOLKS, it is two months later and NO REPAIRS.

BY THE WAY it snows and rains in the window due to their PROFESSIONAL RACISM! It seems that they have expressed a compelling interest for denial of the repairs. ALWAYS do further consideration and research for a broader view before considering USAA.

The need for a principal action that are significate to the facts would give a perfectly satisfactory explanation for the RIP OFF would be pivotal. FALSE and MISLEADING REPRESENTATION has no value in itself. Such ACTS are made for self-gain and are motivated by fundamental business practices.

Pretentious to Say the Least

You appear to be a bigoted pompous blowhard. Most of your statements are nothing more than hot air and bear no relevance to the issue. The previous commenter asked pertinent questions that were directly related to your complaint. Your failure to respond puts into question the validity of your report as well as whom may have been the aggressor in this alleged road rage incident. If you had time to film it then you certainly had the opportunity to evade it or at least minimize your damages.

[Over a period of two months] the holder of a master’s degree should be expected to derive the ability to copy the video to a DVD and then mail it to the insurance company via the U.S. Postal Service.

Robert, your reply still cannot legislate away a systemic bed rocked organization that have always had a political cloak like you for correction. As a retired enlisted soldier and military officer, I consider your response as subordinate.

Comparing your high school diploma First Amendment Right does not equal my master’s degree rebuttal. For me to endorse a written rebuttal such as yours would be putting a band aid on perceived credibility which obliviously not consistent with the facts. Fabricators and manipulators of the truth such as you will continue to set at a table of fifth-grade educational responses and be well feed with satisfaction of pushing your own agenda of perceived credibility.

You continue to put a band aid on a systemic problem. When you are intelligently mature under circumstances to stop protecting an Empire and its hypocritical white privileged values, I will respond with a groundswell of acknowledged facts that’s constitutional valued and worthy of a contributory reply.

Realistically, your response does not imply any interest that have any substantial facts that are relevant to the issue. Your explanation for a justification is privileges that are historical constitutional protected by the white Empire keeper. Please take this to the bank of intelligences and not stupidity and cash it.

First of all 2/3 of your report is some diatribe that hits everything from Heaven to some Constitutional Argument.  When you FINALLY get to your situation, you give us about a 2 sentence description...some Road Rage "accident" that for some reason you were able to video the entire thing.  You left off some very big details, such as.

Is USAA YOUR Insurance Carrier or the party that hit you? If it was yours why didn't you report it to their insurance?  What was the situation of the accident?   Were you actually driving at the time, and if so just how did you actually get a video of the entire thing?. Since you have a Video did you file a Police Report? Did the other person get arrested? If you didn't report it to the police why not? Why did they deny the repairs?

By the way your report loses even more credibility when you bring up the "racisim"..that term denotes specific things which you have NOT shown as being part of the facts.
