USBearth.cn Shenzhen Liyang Welding Equipment Co., Ltd. Stole money- never received product shenzhen IGuangdong

I contacted Shenzhen Liyang Welding Equipment Co., Ltd. about receiving a sample because I was interested in working with them and carrying their products in my store.  The sample of the 3D Pen was $69.  I waited several weeks and it did not arrive.  I was told it was "sent to the wrong address."  I was urged to place an order of 1000 units and a "free pen" would be included in that order (the pen that I already paid for!)  Of course I did not do this, but I continued to be pushed to spend this money with them! (yes, this would have been over $40,000 "wholesale")

The pen never arrived and I've been promised a replacement or a refund for several weeks now, but it never arrives.  They keep saying "just give us more time."  This company is a scam.  Never do business with them.
